This is our first purchase from Mr Bean2Cup and we are impressed with the service and the quality of the follow-up. The new coffee machine, a Brera bean-to-cup, is the fifth we have owned over the years but the first from Gaggia and already it is clearly superior to the DeLonghi machines we have had in the past (the most recent was sent back after just 5 days because of mal-function, another last just 2 years before failing) So far, so very good and the quality of the cappuccino is marvellous by the way.
Have ordered 3 times now and I am very happy with the service and extra quick delivery, really glad I found this site as everything I need is in one place.

I ordered my machine just after 10am and it was delivered by 11am the following day.
I chose this company based on the aftersales service feedback from existing customers. The company is customer focussed and is willing to provide good, free advice to assist customers in overcoming any problems that they have with their machines, even well beyond the guarantee period. Good old fashioned service.
I have used this website now on three separate occasions. My Gaggia Titanium machine is well looked after and after over 9500 cups of coffee with regular cleaning and maintenance still makes a perfect cup of coffee. This would not be possible without this fantastic service where parts can be purchased and advice given.

I am disappointed that the base plate on my Gaggia Baby corroded badly. I've had it about 5 years and the corrosion started within its first year. The base plate is made of very poor aluminium alloy which corrodes and oxides. Once it starts, it spreads and gradually lifts most of the paint off leaving most unsightly, corroded metal underneath. Even where paint is left you can see that the surface is lifting away from the corrosion. It got to the stage where I was ashamed when people come into the kitchen and see it so I had to replace it.
Now that I've got that moan off my chest, which is Gaggia's problem, I can say that finding, ordering and receiving a replacement were an absolute doddle on this website. I ordered the replacement on Monday and it has been delivered today, Thursday. Excellent service. I only hope it lasts better than the old one though the paint and alloy look very similar.
Only one week to ship to FRANCE some parts for my GAGGIA Pure coffee machine.
Broke a part off my coffee machine rendering it unusable and thought it would be too difficult to source a part but came across this site via Google.
The part I wanted wasn't listed with the common parts but the process of identifying the part on the diagram and emailing a request was very directed and simple. The response was within an hour, complete with links to add straight to basket and checkout, and once ordered part was dispatched same day. Postage was very reasonable and had express options.

I do not normally provide testimonials as businesses have to give decent service to survive these days - however, MrBean2Cup go 'the extra mile' and give excellent service, advice and support. Their website is brilliant giving easy access to the Service Manual and detailed Parts diagrams and prices. My next coffee from my Gaggia Brera will be raised as a thank you to MrBean2Cup !
The web site offers a good list of Gaggia parts at reasonable prices. My spares were delivered as promised which has restored our morning elixir coffee fix, to full motivating effect.
