If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect (we sent the wrong item, NOT a wrongly placed order by the customer) product, please let us know immediately in email and we replace or refund the damaged,detective or incorrect product as soon as we receive the item back from you.
You may need to post it back and we refund the postage too or send out the right item. However, do not send any item back until you have our email confirmation and our further instruction.
In case of loss of an item we follow the used courier's terms and conditions.
The returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
If you are returning the product because you changed your mind, you can do that in 14 days from the time of delivery, but you need to contact us.
Already fitted and used parts are not subject to our refund and cancellation policy!
